Located in the heart of downtown Newport, across the street form Newport's City Hall and within walking distance of historic Thames Street, Americas Cup Avenue and Newport Harbor is West Broadway Associates. The building itself, located at 76 Broadway, is formerly the home of the Paramount Theater which opened in 1929 and served the community well until it closed in 1969. In the early 1980's the building was given new life when it was enlarged and developed into 52 apartments for elderly and disabled families.

West Broadway Associates offers easy access to public transportation, and Newport's historic shopping and arts district are literally right around the corner. West Broadway Associates is also within walking distance to Newport Hospital, historic churches and a rich social support network.
