About Dublin Housing Division

The Housing Division is managed by the Community Development Director and is supported by Staff in the Community Development Department.

The Community Development Director is directly responsible for providing staff support to the following activities:
Administering and enforcing the City's Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance Regulations
Marketing and administering Dublin's First Time Home Buyer Loan Program (FTHLP)
Managing Dublin's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
Participating with the Tri-Valley Affordable Housing Community to address regional housing issues
Working in partnership with the Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center (TVHOC) and Eden Council of Hope and Opportunity (ECHO Housing) to provide housing opportunities
