About Oceanside Housing Division

The City of Oceanside administers local, state and federal programs that increase the supply of quality affordable rental and for-sale units in the city.

The Housing Division is responsible for administration of the following programs:

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Community Resource Centers (Chavez, Crown Heights, and Libby Lake)
