About Colorado Division of Housing

The Division of Housing is a division of the Colorado Department of Local Affairs.

The Colorado Division of Housing provides grants and loans to local governments, housing authorities, non-profit housing organizations, for-profit and non-profit housing developers, and other organizations working to create, preserve, and rehabilitate housing for Colorado's workers, families, and seniors.

The Division of Housing regulates the production and installation of factory-built structures. The Division also enforces building standards in the fifteen Colorado counties without local building departments.
