About Great Falls Housing Authority

The Great Falls Housing Authority owns and operates five Public Housing complexes, a Section Eight housing program and 24 units of Affordable Housing in Great Falls, Montana. The Public Housing and the Section Eight programs provide rental assistance to income eligible individuals.

The staff not only wishes to welcome you but to let you know we are dedicated to ensuring that affordable and safe housing is available for you as a resident.


Mission Statement

The Great Falls Housing Authority, in partnership with its residents, will responsibly and respectfully make safe, basic, affordable housing available for qualifying individuals and families.

We will educate and assist residents to develop skills necessary to maintain successful residency, to improve the quality of life and to pursue self-sufficiency.
