About Winooski Housing Authority

The Winooski Housing Authority was established in 1967 to provide safe and affordable housing opportunities in the city of Winooski and remains dedicated to that mission. We are committed to providing opportunities for seniors as well as people who experience barriers to housing because of income, disability or special needs in an environment that preserves personal dignity, and in a manner that maintains public trust. A primary goal of the Winooski Housing Authority is to continue providing housing for low and moderate income families while maintaining high standards of property management, service delivery and fiscal management.
