Samuel Miller consists of 16 one-bedroom apartments and three studio apartments in the main building. Three Mews buildings on the property contain a total of 10 one-bedroom apartments.

The Mews one-bedroom apartments offer more room for those who need or desire larger living space- either couples, singles, or roommates. These apartments feature a large living room, eat-in kitchen, coat closet, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom and a large bedroom. A beautiful garden-like setting with outdoor patio completes this appealing picture!

Samuel Miller's one-bedroom and studio apartments provide a private living space where carefully designed features provide both comfort and safety. Every apartment is fully carpeted, completely fire protected with sprinklers and smoke alarms, equipped with an emergency alarm pull station, all lever handles, sit down shower, full-size kitchen (in the one-bedrooms) and walk-in closet. Residents have individual control of heating and air-conditioning.

At Samuel Miller, larger common living rooms offer an ideal setting for chatting with friends and neighbors or for quietly reading a newspaper. Meals (available for a modest fee) are served in an appealing dining room.

Residents must be 62 years of age or older, ambulatory to the extent that stairs can be used for emergency evacuation purposes, and able to care for their daily needs.
