About Mansfield Housing Authority

The Mansfield Housing Authority assists residents whose income is insufficient to match the local rents. There are three programs administered by the MHA: Section 8 Housing, elderly and disabled housing at Wright's Village and moderate income housing at Holinko Estates. A paid staff runs the day to day operations, which are reviewed by the Board of Commissioners who also set policy. Monthly meetings of the Commissioners last approximately 2 to 3 hours. Commissioners on the Board are dedicated volunteers who serve staggered five year terms.

To assist low and moderate income families with safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and improve the quality of their lives. The Housing Authority is committed to operating in an efficient, ethical and professional manner.
