About Sanford Housing Authority

The Orlando Housing Authority (OHA) has entered into Temporary Services to manage the day-to-day operations of the Housing Authority of the City of Sanford, Florida.

The Housing Authority of the City of Sanford (SHA) was established in 1951.

It is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor of the City of Sanford and is managed by an Executive Director. SHA's receives funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Sanford Housing Authority is the premier developer and manager of reasonably priced attractive housing throughout the Sanford Community. We are committed to partnering with our customers to enhance the quality of life of those we touch.
