About Perry County Housing Authority

The Perry County Housing Authority offers the option of low-income public housing in Perry County, Illinois. Located in the southwestern corner of Illinois, Perry County is located approximately 80 miles southeast of St. Louis. Apartments are located throughout the county in Du Quoin, Pinckneyville, Tamaroa, Cutler and Willisville.

Perry County Housing Authority offers apartments suitable for families and individuals. Apartment sizes range from one-bedroom to four-bedrooms in size and rent is based on income. The Authority manages 357 apartments throughout the county.

Single-bedroom apartments in one of our high-rise complexes are perfect for retired individuals on a fixed-income. Energy costs are cheaper. You can enjoy independent living with the possibility of socializing with others. And, our maintenance staff is there in case of problems!

Families, depending on their size, can enjoy one of our two, three or four-bedroom apartments. We offer many of these types of apartments located throughout the communities we serve.
