About Dodge City Housing Authority

The Dodge City Housing Authority (DCHA) provides affordable housing for qualified families living within the city limits of Dodge City, Kansas.

The DCHA offers the following three programs designed to make decent, safe and affordable housing a reality for lower income families in our Community:

PUBLIC HOUSING
303 units owned and operated by the Dodge City Housing Authority, comprised of 4 developments throughout Dodge City.

HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM
12 units scattered throughout Dodge City, giving residents the opportunity to become homeowners. 8 three bedroom homes and 4 four bedroom homes.

HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM
134 vouchers allowing participants to receive affordable rent in privately owned and operated units of housing, within the city limits of Dodge City, Kansas.
All three DCHA programs are fully subsidized (Resident pays 30% of Adjusted Gross Income toward housing and utilities per month).
