About Newport Housing Authority

We are Neighborhood Foundations, and while you may have known us as The Housing Authority of Newport, we are much more than that. We remain committed to providing quality, affordable housing in a safe environment. Through partnerships with our residents and other groups, we provide opportunities and community support for those we serve to become self-sufficient by investing in our community and in the people that choose to call Newport and Campbell County their home. Additional Information

The office accepts applications for Section 8 at the Newport, KY office (Neighborhood Foundations) located at 30 East 8th Street, 2nd floor, Newport, KY 41071 . There are waiting lists that are at least a 3 months wait, if they are open. You can pick up an application Monday - Friday and drop offs are only on Tuesday and Thursdays between 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. When you bring back your application you will need: birth certificates & social security cards for all household members, this includes adults and children that will be living with you, picture I.D for all members that are 18 and over.
