About Bridgewater Housing Authority

The Bridgewater Housing Authority provides state public housing for seniors (60+) and disabled persons at the Heritage Circle and Hemlock Drive developments. The BHA also provides state public housing for families at scattered sites throughout the town. In addition, the BHA administers the Section 8 Voucher Choice Program under the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which enables individuals/families to obtain housing with private landlords. All program guidelines require applicants to be income eligible.
