About Webster Housing Authority

The Webster Housing Authority has been developing and operating subsidized housing since it incorporated in 1949.

Its veteran's development is located on Second Island and Thompson Road and contains thirty units of family housing with two and three bedroom units. There are two one-bedroom units at this development and both are wheelchair accessible. These apartments were built in 1954 and are duplex and town house styles. Each unit has a full basement with washer and dryer hook ups. Residents pay 27% of adjusted gross income for rent, along with cable, telephone, gas hot water, oil heat and electricity. This property is funded through the Department of Housing & Community Development. Eligible local residents and veterans receive preference.
