About Mount Olive Housing Authority

We are a very small housing authority with a total of 72 managed rental units.

We offer housing for the elderly in our Section 8 New Construction Program (52 units), which is open to applicants 62 years of age or older.

We also have 20 units in our Public Housing community known as "McDonald Drive." This community is made up of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom size apartments.
