About Cape May Housing Authority

The Cape May Housing Authority have three buildings in all, on Lafayette Court, where the Housing Authority office is also located. Lafayette and Osborne Court have the smaller units and Broad Street Court is for the larger families.

Cape May Housing Authority have Efficiency and One-Bedroom apartments for Seniors/Disabled and they are all row house style units. For larger families, we have Two-Bedroom to Four-Bedroom apartments, which are two stories high.
