About The Southampton Housing Authority (TSHA)

The Southampton Housing Authority (TSHA)and Southampton Community Housing and Development Corporation (SCH&DC), a not-for-profit organization, in conjunction with the Village of Southampton, and community volunteers, will be providing three eligible first-time home buyers with an opportunity to purchase a newly constructed three bedroom and two bath home located on Bailey Road in the Village of Southampton. The proposed date of construction is October 1, 2013 with an anticipated completion date of Spring/Summer 2014.


Mission Statement

In keeping with the rural character of the hamlets and villages of the Town of Southampton, the mission of the Southampton Housing Authority is to develop affordable mixed-income housing opportunities.
