About Emerald Development and Economic Network, Inc. (EDEN)

EDEN, Inc. provides, operates, and advocates for safe, decent, affordable housing and support services for persons living with disabilities or special needs who have low incomes and may be experiencing homelessness.

-We own & operate nearly 90 properties throughout Cuyahoga County, including seven Permanent Supportive Housing Projects (six in partnership with Cleveland Housing Network). An eighth PSH building, in Cleveland's Buckeye neighborhood, is scheduled to open in late 2013.
-We administer over 20 affordable housing programs throughout Cuyahoga County, which includes one of the largest Shelter Plus Care programs in our country.
-We proudly serve over 3,500 low income individuals and families monthly.
-Our success is due in large part to our partnerships with over 60 social service partners and governmental agencies.
