About Sedro Woolley Housing Authority (SWHA)

The Sedro Woolley Housing Authority (SWHA) recognizes the challenges facing those who need affordable housing. That's why, for the past 40 years, we've been devoted to ensuring Sedro-Woolley's most at-risk populations have a safe, stable, and appealing place to live. We own four inviting Public Housing communities that are home to low-income families, elderly, and individuals with disabilities.



Mission Statement

Since its establishment in 1969, the City of Sedro-Woolley Housing Authority has been committed to providing high-quality, affordable housing to some of the community's most vulnerable populations. Within its 80 units of public housing, SWHA ensures that about 140 residents have a place to call home. Those residents include economically disadvantaged families, seniors, and persons with disabilities.
