About River Falls Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of the City of River Falls provides responsive and responsible leadership in the delivery of housing opportunities to persons of low and moderate income. Providing affordable, well-maintained rental homes to families, senior citizens and persons with disabilities, since 1971.


Mission Statement

The Housing Authority of the City of River Falls manages, maintains and facilitates affordable housing in accordance with Federal and State Statutes. Our mission is to partner with the community to assess housing needs and opportunities and to be proactive, creative and collaborative in the development and delivery of fair, safe, sustainable and inclusive housing programs.
