Province Landing is the result of years of effort and resources by the Town of Provincetown to make it a more affordable community for those who call it home. A strong resort destination in Massachusetts, Provincetown faces a serious lack of safe, attractive, year-round affordable housing. Province Landing addresses this demand for affordable housing and will be a catalyst for a broader improvement plan for the sites immediate area, transforming an eyesore into a strong community asset.

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) constructed 50 new year-round rental units, residential community at 90 Shank Painter Road - Province Landing! The new development consists of six (6) newly constructed, Cape Cod style buildings connected by private walkways and driveway on a vacant 2.5 acre site. The development project consists of 25 one-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom units.
