Gratiot Woods Co-op is a 3-story, 65 unit, senior community that offers the enjoyment and freedom that comes with affordable living aged 62+. Gratiot Woods Co-op is nationally recognized as A Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association.

Gratiot Woods Co-op Apartments has come to be a healthier and safer environment to live in by becoming 100% smoke free. Smoking is not allowed within the individual apartments, the common areas and within 25 feet of the building.

Gratiot Woods members have the opportunity to engage in numerous social activities. Do not miss out on bingo, gardening, card playing, Nintendo Wii bowling or just relaxing in front of the large screen TV with friends during movie night. Although members here have the best pot-lucks and BBQs in Michigan, there are also many catered events and numerous social engagements which provide opportunities to be a part of this active community.
