About Nesika Illahee Apartments

Nesika Illahee Apartments is a collaboration between the Native American Youth and Family Center, Native American Rehabilitation Association and Community Development Partners, Nesika Illahee Apartments provides 59 units of native-specific affordable housing in NE Portland. An exterior plaza and large community room help facilitate connections among residents and to the greater neighborhood. On site counseling services will be provided to those in NARA's rehabilitation program.

Large folding doors and a continuous wood trellis serve to transition the interior community room to the exterior plaza. Curvilinear benches and radial concrete scoring serve to make the space inviting and engaging. For more information, please contact the property manager. For Relay Service TDD/TTY 711.
