Marfa, Texas (July 20, 2016) - Professional Property Management, LLC is excited to announce the construction of a new building at Marfa Villa Apartments in Marfa, Texas.

With the construction of this brand new building, there is also an additional accessible unit that can be approached, entered and used by individuals with physical disabilities.

Marfa Villa Apartments is an apartment community designated as Family housing consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units that are available for all persons whose households meet and income guidelines and other eligibility guidelines established by USDA Rural Development and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Monthly rent is based on income and rental assistance is available.
