Jasmine Park I Apartments is located on Anderson Street just off D Street, one block from the Grants Pass Shopping Center.

The 43-unit complex is a NO-SMOKING, low-income senior housing Tax Credit project, designated for occupants 62 years of age or older that are capable and desire to live independently. The project contains 38 one-bedroom apartments, which have between 723-798 square feet of living space, and five two-bedrooms, two-baths apartments, which have 1014 square feet of living space. All units have a kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Handicap-equipped units have ADA approved showers, lowered light switches and appliances designed for wheelchair users.

Library & Computer Room - A Library is set up on the Third Floor complete with on-line computers for residents use.

Recreational Room - A multi-purpose room is available for meetings, hobby/craft classes, and wellness and exercise programs. Regularly planned activities and social gatherings, guided by the interest of those who reside at Jasmine Park I Apartments will have full use of this room. The recreation room also known as a multi-purpose room is located on the second floor.

Social Services - Rogue Valley Council of Govts. has an office on-site to gather and provide services to residents.

Cable Television - Cable television hook ups are provided for a small monthly fee for expanded basic service.

Laundry Services - A laundry room is set up on each floor for the use of all residents.

Resident Eligibility Requirements - to be eligible for Jasmine Park I Apartments you will need to be income qualified. Qualified applicant(s) need to be a minimum of 62 years of age or older.

Waiting List - To be placed on the waiting list of Jasmine Park I, a completed application must be submitted. Written notification will be sent stating eligibility.

It is important to keep us current on your phone number and address should this change from the application information. If we cannot contact you by phone, you may be removed from the waiting list.
