Oak View Gardens is located at 401 NE Anderson Street. Corner of D Street and Anderson, and right behind Staples in the Grants Pass Shopping Center.

The 60-unit congregate housing complex is a NO-SMOKING, low-income housing Tax Credit & Rural Development project; designated for occupants 62 years of age or older or disabled, any age, who is capable and desires to live independently.

The project contains 60 one-bedroom apartments, which have approx. 659 square feet of living space. All units have a kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Handicap-equipped units have ADA approved showers, lowered light switches and appliances designed for wheelchair users.

Services Offered On-Site - Daily Meal Service is offered for breakfast and lunch. We have a dining room or you can have meals delivered daily to your unit. Housekeeping Services can be arranged through our on-site staff for an extra charge along with laundry services.

Library & Computer Room - A Library is set up in the Recreation Room. We have a computer for residents use. This computer is for general typing of letters or playing games only. The computer is not set up with Internet on-line services, at this time.

Recreation Room - A multi-purpose room is available for meetings, hobby/craft classes, and wellness and exercise programs. Regularly planned activities and social gatherings, guided by the interest of those who reside at Oak View Gardens will have full use of this room.

Cable Television - Cable television hook ups are provided for a small monthly fee for expanded basic service.

Laundry Services - A laundry room is set up on each floor for the use of all residents.

Resident Eligibility Requirements - to be eligible for Oak View Gardens will need to be income qualified. Each tenant of the household needs to be a minimum of 62 years of age or older, or disabled any age, to qualify.

Waiting List - To be placed on the waiting list of Oak View Gardens, a completed application must be submitted. Written notification will be sent stating eligibility. The applicants that sign up for the Meal Service Package will get 1st preference.

It is important to keep us current on your phone number and address should this change from the application information. If we cannot contact you by phone, you may be removed from the waiting list.

The filing of a completed application and an evaluation by Lovelace Properties, LLC Management Staff, will establish this. Lovelace Properties is located in Grants Pass, Oregon and can be reached at (541) 479-2112.
